We are all locked down in this pandemic time and as the entertainment industry tries very hard to give us full entertainement, we all are busy watching epic Mahabharat and Ramayana on television.

As I was a watching Mahabharat everytime it shows on television, I am having feeling that I should share some of the best business lessons we get from this show.

Keep on reading.

  1. Team up with the right people

Pick the right partners to work with; search for those who share your belief system and enthusiasm.

On a normal we spend around 33% of our lifetime at work. On the off chance that we need to benefit from it, we should be encircled by individuals with the correct disposition. Having the correct accomplice, regardless of whether in close to home connections or expert, is helpful for progress.

Despite the fact that the Pandavas didn’t have estimable riches or influence they had the shrewdness to pick the correct partners to battle the war. At the point when Krishna requested that they pick among him and his military, Arjuna was astute enough to pick Krishna instead of Duryodhana who decided on his military. This choice – of picking the correct accomplice – at last characterized the destiny of this war.

  1.  Focus on your strengths

The enterprising journey can be tough and lonely one. You need to battle a great deal of things including the judgemental and self-basic lethargic fallen angel that lives inside you and raises its head at whatever point you are going to take a stab at something new.

All things considered; nothing quiets this fallen angel more than your conviction to do what you love. Work on making something that intrigues you and sharpen an ability that easily falls into place for you. Play your qualities. This may not ensure business achievement; yet it absolutely ensures a stupendous encounter.

In Mahabharatha, the Pandavas concentrated on their inclinations and capacities. Arjuna, for example, was never exhausted of pointing a bolt, nor was Bheema ever reluctant to set up a battle with the adversaries. Yudhisthira constantly adhered to his internal compass and made honesty his lifestyle. This drove him to be honored with various aids which helped him sail through regardless of how terrible the conditions.

This center, I accept, prompted their accomplishment in the war.

  1. Leadership and Team Management

“A leader. . .is like a shepherd. He stays behind the flock, letting the most nimble go out ahead, whereupon the others follow, not realizing that all along they are being directed from behind.” – Nelson Mandela

A genuine leader is an individual who inspires his colleagues to move in the direction of a shared objective. Genuine business achievement can be accomplished if and just if the individuals working for it are upbeat and spurred.

Pandavas had an organized way to deal with their group; they partitioned the group as per singular qualities and objectives. A few of their partners had resentment against the Kauravas which was properly weaved into the general war plan. From the main specialist Krishna followed by the moral Yudhisthira, skilful Arjuna and the strong Bheema, there was an away from of correspondence, jobs, and obligations. Everybody had a shared objective, vision and main impetus for their interest. This was maybe one of the most significant parts of their methodology.

  1. Take responsibility of the path you have chosen

As an entrepreneur, you will take decisions which will affect you directly or indirectly to you or your business. So, everytime you need to analyze the situation, the people around you or business you are doing with and then choose what you think it is right. And after you choose the path you need to take complete responsibility about it. Because as an entrepreneur you cannot play blame game when things don’t go correct!

  1. See the bigger picture

As an entrepreneur, you always need to check and analyze all the aspects and after that you need to see the big picture of the situation. Remember one thing, you need to be humble and grounded!!

Conclusion:

I hope this blog helps you to understand the relation between the Mahabharat war and the business world of today!
